Mas’ud Balogun is in charge of legal, regulatory, sharia governance and company secretariat services. Prior to joining Lotus Capital, Mas’ud worked with Olaiwun Ajayi LP and the London Office of Norton Rose Fulbright. He has extensive experience in drafting, finance, dispute resolution and capital market transactions across mergers and acquisitions, fund management, share reconstruction, project finance and securities issuances.
